Aims & Scope

Letters in Biomathematics is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes mathematics and statistics research related to biological, ecological and environmental settings in a very broad sense, as well as other related topic fields. The journal lies at the intersection of mathematics, statistics, biology, ecology, and the life sciences and welcomes Research, Education, and Review articles.

Peer Review

All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editors, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer review is double blind.

Special Issue Policy

Letters in Biomathematics welcomes and encourages special issues for articles on research and education in mathematical biology as well as proceedings of meetings and conferences on related topics. Contact the Editors-in-Chief to propose special issues.
